Jeff came on board as Interim Executive Director at a time when our organization faced many challenges. We did not have an Executive Director and were also missing many key management staff. Within a few months, Jeff quickly tackled his challenges one by one, hired and filled many vacant positions. Jeff filled our gaps with the right, skillful, staff to help our agency overcome our hardships. In a short time, under Jeff's leadership, our workplace morale improved. Our staff felt more confident about our organization's goals and its future. Jeff left our organization in much more stable shape. I wish Jeff could stay as our permanent Executive Director.
