Nonprofit Executive Director Search
Finding the right Executive Director or high-level staff person requires a deep understanding of a nonprofit organization’s mission, culture and values, as well as excellent communication skills, and deep nonprofit experience. Few experiences provide better preparation for recruiting high-level staff than serving as an Executive Director or Interim Executive Director for a nonprofit organization. That experience is particularly helpful in being able to communicate with Executive Director job candidates on a peer level.
